01Who we are

The Dental Corner is a dental clinic at C-3/80, Lawrence Road, Keshav Puram, New Delhi 110035, led by Dr. Sneha. This policy explains how we handle personal data shared through this website, WhatsApp, phone and email.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the “Data Fiduciary” for this data.

02What we collect

We only collect what we need to help you.

• Details you give us: your name, phone number, email and the dental concern you describe, when you fill in the call-back form, message us on WhatsApp, call or email.
• Details about your visit: appointment times and, once you are our patient, your dental history, X-rays and treatment notes. These are kept as clinical records.
• Website usage: anonymous visit counts (pages viewed, browser type, country) collected by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you.

03How we use it

We use your data to reply to your enquiry, book and remind you of appointments, provide and record your treatment, and improve this website.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not send promotional messages unless you have agreed to receive them.

04WhatsApp, calls and email

When you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy also applies to that conversation. Call-back requests from this website are delivered to the clinic by email through a form service (Web3Forms).

05Cookies

This website does not set cookies. Our analytics are cookie-free, so there is no cookie banner. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

06Services we use

Some parts of the site rely on other companies, each with its own privacy policy:

• Google Maps, which loads only when you tap the map.
• Google reviews and our Instagram posts, which we display on our pages; their links open Google and Instagram.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and provides cookie-free visit statistics.
• Web3Forms and our email provider, which carry call-back requests to the clinic.

07How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a visit are deleted after 12 months. Clinical records are kept for as long as the law and good clinical practice require.

08Keeping it safe

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and only clinic staff who need it can see it. No system is completely secure, so we will tell you and the authorities if a breach affects you, as the law requires.

09Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• Correct or update it.
• Delete it, where we are not required to keep it.
• Stop using it where you had given consent, by withdrawing that consent.
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you.

10Children

When you book a visit for a child under 18, you confirm that you are their parent or lawful guardian, and we use the child’s details only for their care.

11Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
